Description
The Surfer's Walk Surfing Champion mosaics are a collaction of mosaic sculptures located at Freshwater. The collection consists of three large and 24 small circular mosaics commemorating Australian World Champion surfers since 1964. The Surfer's walk additionally includes PA013 The Duke Kahanamoku Memorial Park bronze statue.

The following surfers have been memorialised with an individual mosaic sculpture as part of the Surfer's Walk: Stuart Entwhistle (1987 World Champion), Pam Burridge(1990 World Champion), Martin McMillan (1991 World Champion), Lynette Mackenzie(1992 Amateur Champion), Duke Kahanamoku, Robert Nat Young (Amateur Champion; 1986, World Champion; 1989, 1990), Peter Townsend (1976 World Champion), Mark Sainsbury (Amateur Champion), Mark Richards (World Champion), Tom Carroll (1983 & 1984 World Champion), Barton Lynch (1988 World Champion), Wendy Botha (1987, 1989, 1991, 1992 World Champion), Damien Hardman (1978-1991 World Champion), Kathy Newman (1990 Amateur Champion 1990), Grant Frost (1992 Amateur Champion), Chad Eser(1992 Junior Champion), Connie Nixon (1986 Amateur Champion), Midget Farrelly (1961 World Champion), Phyllis O’Donnell (1964 Amateur Champion), Jenny Gill (1982 Amateur Champion), Pauline Menczer (Amateur Champion, 1993 World Champion), Mark Scott (1980 Amateur Champion), Shane Bevan (1990 Amateur World Champion)
